Prayer really works…but there is another step that you must take!

A friend of mine is in the hospital. And after a series of repeated texts from him, I decided it was time to pick up the phone and call him.

Prayer really works!

(Sometimes you just need someone to stand in the gap for you and pray or use their faith on your behalf.) He immediately started speaking negatively about his situation. But let me tell you like I told Him – You hold the Power! and it’s in Your Words. You literally (and myself too) speak our world into existence. Parents do it to children. Teachers do it to students. We do it to ourselves. That old saying “If you don’t have anything good to say, then don’t say anything at all” or in other words..Keep Your Mouth Shut lol.

Well, it’s so true! I’ve seen people not get jobs, promotions, relationships and money all because of their negative words of doubt. Because when we say bad things or even things that sound innocent but are not positive and full of life, then we are working against ourselves. Literally, it’s like you’ve been building a house brick by brick and stone by stone but EVERY TIME you say something negative against your life, against your situation, against your loved ones, against your dreams and aspirations….

Bee-utiful, it’s like taking a sledge hammer to your bricks one layer at a time.

Here’s a good practice. Say for example you’re in your creative mode and that business idea pops up oh so vividly in your brain. I mean, you are up and wisped away into fantasy land, into a heavenly place because in that moment you are being how God created you. And that’s limitless, fearless, expansive and abundant. Then, later you tell someone your grand idea. They look at you crazy. They may even ignore you or say something like this “Now how are you going to do that?” or “How much is that going to cost? Can you afford to do that?”
So guess what you do later on that week, month or even day…?

Start letting those opposing thoughts and words crumble your dreams. You begin to second guess yourself. Then you grab that sledge hammer instead of another brick and begin to knock down what you’ve already created.

See, everything you create, is first done in your thoughts. Then manifests with your words and actions. So the next time someone asks you about your grand idea or how your business is going, you begin to speak out of doubt. And guess what….nothing manifests into reality. Because you just took a sledge hammer of doubt to your creation.

Stop doing that my friend!

Stay in your creative mode. Make a habit of it. Make a practice of it. Give it your daily attention and purpose.
Bee the Creator that You Are! And for goodness sake, stop living like a pauper. You are a Queen and a King. You are a Ruler! There is a Kingdom out here awaiting for you to step into your position of authority. The Earth is literally waiting on your command and you’ve been speaking the wrong command…therefore getting that exact thing you spoke.

You tell your life what to do. How to be. What you want.

Remember, God created You in HIS image and in the image of God HE created You. (Genesis 1:27)
Now, put your name in there.
God created ____________ in HIS image and in the image of God HE created _____________.
